Dr. Jordan Shapiro
Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Shapiro is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who grew up in Coral Springs, Florida. He graduated from Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School and later obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in 2013. He then began his dental career in Boston, Massachusetts where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2017 and obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Tufts University. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training in 2021 and served as the Chief Resident in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Boston University and trained at several hospitals including Boston Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and the Veteran Affairs Medical Center of Boston.
After completing his surgical residency, Dr. Shapiro first practiced in Quincy Massachusetts, where he performed a full scope of oral surgical procedures. Through his practice in Quincy, Dr. Shapiro has abundant experience in robotic implant placement, the All- on- 4 treatment concept procedure, and placing Zygomatic implants.
Dr. Shapiro also served as a part-time faculty member at the Boston Medical Center Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department, where he took Level 1 trauma calls and operated on and taught surgical residents about a variety of oral surgical procedures.
Dr. Shapiro has completed extensive training in Orthognathic surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, Adult and pediatric anesthesia, maxillofacial trauma, pathology, reconstructive jaw surgery, and TMJ surgery. He strives to empower patients to optimize their oral health through the use of cutting-edge technology and digital surgical planning. He has unique training and passion for treating patients with skeletal facial deformities requiring corrective jaw surgery, digital implant planning, and full mouth rehabilitation with the All-on-4® Treatment Concept.

Dr. Shapiro is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and a member of the American Dental Association, Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Florida Dental Association, South Florida District Dental Association, and the Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Shapiro recently presented research on the use of bone grafting in corrective jaw surgery at the 2021 American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons national meeting.
Dr. Shapiro further serves the community by taking Level I trauma call at Delray Medical Center and maintains privileges at Memorial Hospital West, and Memorial Hospital Miramar. He maintains certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support
